The Y&R spoilers recap for Wednesday, January 12, 2022, is all business, as Sally Spectra plays nice with Chelsea Lawson, Victoria Newman Locke reminds Victor Newman who his favorite child is, and Lily Winters drops some truths on Adam Newman and Ashland Locke.

The Y&R Spoilers Recap Highlights

The ruder Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) is to Sally (Courtney Hope) and her ideas, the more upbeat and polite Sally is to her boss. Chloe Mitchell Fisher (Elizabeth Hendrickson) has had enough and whines that she didn’t sign up to be stuck in the middle of a love triangle between Sally, Chelsea, and Adam (Mark Grossman).

You know how she could avoid that? By acting professionally, and ordering Chelsea and Sally to do the same. Instead, she offers Sally a business trip to New York. Sally knows she’s being manipulated. But, hey – New York!

She’ll take it! Then Adam stops by for a quick chat…with Sally. Chelsea is so happy her rival will be out of the way – not knowing that Sally is inviting Adam to join her. Chloe has a headache.

Y&R Recap: Gimme, Gimme, Gimme

Since Newman-Locke is in the process of buying ChancComm from Jill Foster (Jess Walton), Victoria (Amelia Heinle) figures she might as well push her luck and ask Victor (Eric Braeden) if they can buy Newman Media, too. Please, Daddy, I really want it. Victor reminds Victoria that her entire identity is tied to being his daughter. Then adds that he won’t be selling to her. There’s nothing in it for him.

Young and the Restless: Stand By Your Man

After chewing out Adam for wishing Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) well on his new job as Lily’s (Christel Khalil) COO, Lily does the same with Ashland (Richard Burgi). To say that either man is intimidated would be…erroneous.
