Surely, Michael’s (Christian Le Blanc) wife, Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey Bregman) could use a sharp legal mind like Michael’s at her workplace, 43% of you suggest. Together, they can take Fenmore’s Department Stores (and whatever else they do as the plot calls for it) to the next level.

And Michael can deal with all the lawsuits that will inevitably come their way. Especially if Lauren fires other employees for the same petty, personal reasons as she did with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).

Young and the Restless: Author, Author

Writing books is easy! Remember when Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) talked through a story – complete with Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard)-inspired, black and white flashbacks – wrote it down off-camera, then had it published to great acclaim and sales within a month?

If Traci can do it, so can Michael, 36% of The Young and the Restless audience figures. He can make like Scott Turow or John Grisham and write legal thrillers. He can start by fictionalizing his own past! Publishers will love the promotional opportunities! Maybe he can even go on a book tour…with Christine Blair Williams (Lauralee Bell).

Mother Knows Best

We suspect the 21% of voters who want Michael to go into business with Mama Gloria Bardwell (Judith Chapman) are just sadists. Or, you can already imagine the conflicts and battle the two will get into over office decor, much less anything that really matters, and you figure Michael’s suffering is worth your entertainment. Which brings us back to sadists.
