Vail Bloom is back for another stint as Heather Stevens, Daniel Romalotti’s (Michael Graziadei) ex. She’ll begin airing on Friday, July 14. The character’s last visit to Genoa City was in February, after which she left town and headed back to Portugal. Bloom originally played Heather from 2007 to 2010.
