Emma Samms is bringing Holly Sutton back to life on General Hospital. The popular character, who was presumed dead back in the fall of 2020, will resurface on Thursday, October 20. Samms was supposed to return to the soap opera earlier, however, she’d been battling Long Covid.
Max Faughno wrapped up his arc as Oz Haggerty. The shady stranger met his demise at the hands of “The Hook” serial killer.
In addition, daytime veteran Linda Purl has completed her short stint as Peyton Honeycutt. The character interacted with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), during her trip to Florida.
Veteran Jess Walton finally returns to The Young and the Restless as Jill Abbott. After months of video call appearances, the character will turn up in Genoa City in the flesh. She’ll make her first appearance on Wednesday, October 19.
Mishael Morgan’s status with the soap opera has officially changed. The actress, who portrays Amanda Sinclair, has moved from contract performer to recurring player. The move was strictly Morgan’s decision.
After a lengthy absence, Denise Richards is set to make an appearance as Shauna Fulton. Quinn Fuller’s (Rena Sofer) longtime pal resurfaces on The Bold and the Beautiful on Wednesday, October 19.
Meanwhile, another MIA star, Aaron D. Spears is heading back to the canvas as Justin Barber, Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) former best friend and lawyer. Spears begins airing on the soap opera Wednesday, October 19.
Fans have been wondering about Tamara Braun’s status with Days of our Lives after her character, Ava Vitale, was ordered to leave town by EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). Well, there’s good news. The actress is still part of the Salem fold. Ava will pop back up on Thursday, October 20 in scenes with Emily O’Brien’s Gwen Rizczech. She’ll reach out to her “frenemy” to exact revenge on EJ.
B&B is one of four soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include Days of our Lives (DOOL), General Hospital (GH), and The Young and the Restless (YR). The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
