The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal Phyllis finally makes a decision on her love life and one of the Abbott brothers will be heartbroken while the other one will be thrilled. Despite the objections from Sharon, Stitch and Paul, Dylan moves forward with his investigation.

He’s dead set on getting to the bottom of Adam’s DNA results. Elsewhere, Sharon is on the verge of confessing to Dylan about Sully but can she do it? Across town Victor starts his own investigation and he will be shocked.
