A Fight With Jack Leads to a Night With Billy!
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) needs to get away from Jack (Peter Bergman), so she starts a needless war over Adam’s (Justin Hartley) memorial. Jack, of course, wants to go and remember his good friend and be there for the family. However, Phyllis says she can’t stand the thought. Why should she stand beside a man like Victor (Eric Braeden) and watch mourners raining pity upon him? He’s the reason Adam’s dead–and responsible for her downfall.
It’s a fight no one is going to win and Phyllis knows it! Jack refuses to leave the Newman family to fend for themselves, regardless of Victor’s antics. There are other people to think about, and he’s adamant about being there. Just as he leaves to go to the funeral, Phyllis gets the text message she’s yearning to see.
