Adam’s Memorial is Sweet Revenge!
Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) watches on as Adam’s friends and family mourn the loss of the man they deeply love. Their sadness may affect her, but knowing Adam isn’t part of her world anymore makes her act of revenge too good for words.
The grieving mother finally has what she wants now. Her belief is Adam (Justin Hartley) didn’t deserve to raise his son, since he took away her opportunity to watch Delia grow up.
Do Two Wrongs Make a Right?
Taking Adam out of the equation seems a little extreme, considering Delia’s death was a complete accident. Chloe’s pain not only stemmed from the hit-and-run, but it also came from Adam’s lies and coverups that followed — not to mention he got away with his crimes and didn’t suffer punishment for the months of sorrow and wondering Chloe and Billy (Jason Thompson) went through.

In Chloe’s eyes, her mission is complete. She visits Delia’s grave to confess. She’s made sure Adam has finally paid the price for her little one’s death. She finally gets to let Delia (Sophia Pollono) rest in peace knowing her killer isn’t going to be lurking around.

Fans still question whether Adam is actually dead or if Chloe is stowing him away. Teasers suggest the appearance of gloved hands holding Adam’s wedding ring raises more questions than answers.
