Uninvited Guest
Lola (Sasha Calle) was a positively glowing bride but her light was somewhat dimmed when she came face to face with her father. She couldn’t believe that he would show up, especially since she did not extend an invitation.
Adrian tried to turn on the charm and convince his daughter that he was sorry for all the hurt he caused by Lola wasn’t buying it. She didn’t let her brothers remove him by force but she also refused to give her father any more of her time and she returned to her new husband’s side for their first dance.
Indecent Proposal
After an enlightening conversation with Phyllis (Michelle Stafford), Adam (Mark Grossman) begged Sharon (Sharon Case) to meet him at Chancellor Park.
When she arrived Adam proposed marriage! Initially shocked, Sharon’s first instinct was to say no by Adam pleaded with her to think it over.
She later gave him her final decision: it was still no. Adam was sure that Sharon was just saying no to save face with Nick (Joshua Morrow) and declared that he and Sharon were soulmates — especially since there was inherent darkness inside both their souls. Surprisingly (not!) that argument didn’t win Sharon over.
Special Election
Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) officially stepped down as District Attorney and a special election was held to fill the vacant position.
Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc), running unopposed, was declared the victor. However, Adam thought that he was deserving of a little credit. He did, after all, persuade some hopeful candidates to abstain from throwing their hat into the ring.
