For weeks, viewers have felt like they’ve known where the Nate Hastings and Elena Dawson relationship is headed. He is constantly working, she is constantly working, they never have enough time for each other…and Imani Benedict is always there when Elena isn’t.

Now, Elena (Brytni Sarpy) is headed out of town, and Nate (Sean Dominic) has declined to join her. Also, headed out of town? Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan). Imani’s (Leigh-Ann Rose) sister has been constantly lecturing her about staying away from the good doctor. So with Elena and Amanda both out of the way, now is the perfect time for Imani to strike. But if the target isn’t who she’s led us to believe it might be?

What if Imani flirting up a storm with Nate has just been a misdirect? Sure, we agree, he’s good-looking and smart, and charming enough. Though it is kind of amazing how he suddenly became an expert on all matters of business five minutes after stepping into the executive suite.
But Imani is also good-looking, and smart, and she can be very charming when she wants to be. Which means that she can also do better.

What if Imani has always wanted Devon as a way to get back at Amanda for her relationship with Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey)? And now with Amanda out of town – something that Imani pushed her into doing, by the way – Imani actually sleeps with Devon, not Nate? That’ll be a twist no one saw coming! And a reason to tune in tomorrow!
