The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, July 28, 2023, tease that Adam gets a painful lesson courtesy of his father…again. Plus, Diane’s dreams come true, and Billy sees his loyalties tested. This is sure to be one action-packed episode you won’t want to miss.
Adam (Mark Grossman) didn’t want to go along with Victor’s (Eric Braeden) plans for Adustus. However, he reluctantly agreed, teaming up with Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon (Sharon Case).
Of course, that reluctant agreement may not be good enough for Victor. It seems that Victor teaches Adam a painful lesson…again. Will this be a turning point for the youngest Newman son? Will it cause him to walk away from the family company?
Diane (Susan Walters) came back to Genoa City hoping to reunite with her family. Not only did Kyle (Michael Mealor) forgive her, but also Jack (Peter Bergman) managed to find a way to get past her previous misdeeds.

Jack recently suggested that they go get married at the justice of the peace. Since Diane’s dreams come true, does that mean the couple will do just that and finally tie the knot in a low-key ceremony? And if so, who will be with them now that the family war has taken center stage?
Billy (Jason Thompson) agreed to serve as Diane and Jack’s Trojan Horse. He’s going to stage a public fight with Jack to lure Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Tucker (Trevor St. John) into believing he’s on their side. That game is finally underway but now, Billy’s loyalty is tested.
