The Young and the Restless bid farewell to its popular villain, Jordan. After a year of wreaking havoc on the Newmans, her reign of terror ended after drinking poisoned tea. But have we seen the last of Miss Howard?
The End For Jordan?
Since arriving at Y&R a year ago, Jordan (Colleen Zenk) has been a devilish delight. The villain wanted revenge on the Newmans for the pain they caused her sister Eve (Margaret Mason). Jordan even lured her niece Claire (Hayley Erin) into her scheme. However, Claire turned on her aunt after discovering that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Cole (J. Eddie Peck) are her parents.
Although Jordan was sent to prison, she escaped and teamed up with another Genoa City villain, Ian (Ray Wise). The two caused much chaos and pain by murdering Heather (Vail Bloom) and kidnapping Sharon (Sharon Case).
However, the jig was up for Jordan when Claire spotted her. With the help of Victoria and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Claire hatched a plan to take down her aunt. After confessing to her crimes, Jordan downed the poisoned tea and then died with Claire by her side.

Surprise Twist In Her Death
Although Jordan took her final breath, Y&R fans know characters usually return from the dead. So, the Newmans might not be free of Jordan just yet. The show seemed to foreshadow Jordan’s future before her death. During her conversation with Claire, Jordan referred to herself as a cat with nine lives.
There’s the possibility Jordan could’ve faked her death with her niece’s help. Claire was the one who poisoned Jordan’s tea but showed hesitation in going through with the plan. Claire could’ve switched the poison with a medicine to make it appear Jordan was dead.
As for Claire’s motives for saving Jordan, that’s a mystery. But Y&R fans could see Jordan back in Genoa City one day.
