Y&R spoilers show us Phyllis believes she got the upper hand with Tucker — just as he reminded her that she’s got more to lose than he does. Nonetheless, Phyllis still thinks she’s got away scot-free.

Tucker (Trevor St. John) gave her over two million bucks, and he wouldn’t dare go through with his threat to destroy Summer’s (Allison Lanier) company. As an added bonus, Billy (Jason Thompson), who once broke Phyllis’s (Michelle Stafford) heart by sleeping with her daughter, might have gotten busted for the embezzlement Phyllis manufactured (but he didn’t). She thinks she’s got nothing to worry about! Which is, of course, why Phyllis should start worrying.

Young and the Restless: Paper Trail

Phyllis told Tucker that this was her last criminal job. From now on, she’ll be walking the straight and narrow, making her children proud of how upstanding and law-abiding their mother is. But she didn’t take one significant detail into consideration.

Y&R: Date and Time

Tucker paid Phyllis basically a minute before she did as he bade and moved the money she stole from Jabot into Billy’s personal account. That’s pretty incriminating. Phyllis is so proud of how she is the only person in the universe who could have pulled off such a deviously clever technical maneuver that the minute Tucker points the finger at Phyllis, everyone will absolutely believe him. After all, she’s spent decades touting her unique set of skills. Which means her fingerprints are basically all over the theft.

Everyone in Genoa City already hates Tucker. And now that Ashley (Eileen Davidson) dumped him, he doesn’t care. But Phyllis is supposedly on a redemption tour. Except Jack (Peter Bergman), Diane (Susan Walters), and Billy have already figured out what she’s up to. She won’t be able to deny it. And it will all blow up in her face…thanks to Tucker.
