Y&R spoilers teased that newlywed Tessa Porter was getting ready to embark on her singing tour to promote her new album, when a sore throat forced her to go to a doctor…who diagnosed nodes. Or, at least, that’s what Tessa told new bride Mariah Copeland.
Y&R Spoilers Speculation: Badder Than Worse
But nodes can be just the start to something worse…including throat cancer. What if Tessa’s (Cair Fairbanks) doctor told her she had cancer…but Tessa didn’t want to upset Mariah (Camryn Grimes)?
After all, they just got married, they were talking about starting a family, adopting a little boy or girl to whom they could give the loving family neither one of them had. Tessa wouldn’t want to put a damper on all that.
Young and the Restless: Moving Forward
Tessa can cancel her tour and tell Mariah that she is getting treatment for her nodes. But, in actuality, she’s secretly getting treatment for cancer. While telling Mariah that they should live every day like it’s their last…even though they obviously have decades ahead of them together.
But, you know, adoption can take such a long time…why don’t they go the natural birth route. Mariah really loved her pregnancy with Bowie, right? So why doesn’t she get pregnant again? Tessa can’t. Because…uhm….nodes. She’s taking medicine for her nodes. Yeah, that’s the ticket.
Y&R Spoilers: While I’m Here
And as long as Tessa can’t be out on tour, she might as well support Mariah through her pregnancy. So, let’s find a sperm donor and get this show on the road. Yay!
Can anyone imagine how a pregnant Mariah will react when she finds out her wife has been lying to her? Not to mention the drama to be mined from a young couple getting ready to bring a new life into the world…while one of them faces death? Think this speculation could really happen?
