Y&R Spoilers Speculation: Imani Snags Nate, Leaving Elena for Devon

Y&R spoilers previously revealed that Imani Benedict plans to move to Genoa City to open a legal practice with her sister, Amanda Sinclair. We suspect when she arrives, Imani could shake things up with current couples.

Y&R Spoilers Speculation: Imani and Nate Sizzle

Dr. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) hasn’t really had a relationship that sizzles for a while. He and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) had something for a bit, but now he’s with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy). Unfortunately, things between Nate and Elena aren’t setting off any fire alarms with their sparks.

When Elena visited Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) penthouse to check on baby Dominic, we noticed that they still had a connection. Then, Amanda came in, and of course, she and Devon are good together too. However, we speculate that Imani’s (Leigh-Ann Rose) arrival could end up putting Devon and Amanda’s relationship to the test in a couple switch-up.

Ring Around the Couples

After looking ahead at Y&R spoilers, we predict that Imani might catch the eye of Nate. He and Elena have never had a super-strong relationship, and we wouldn’t be surprised to see something build between Nate and Genoa City’s newest lawyer. We don’t even think Elena would be too heartbroken over breaking up with Nate.

However, Amanda might not appreciate Elena having more time on her hands. We could see Elena and Devon revisiting their past. It doesn’t seem like they’re quite finished with each other despite what he has with Amanda. Things between Devon and Amanda moved rather quickly, especially since her twin sister Hilary (Mishael Morgan) was his wife. That fact has barely been touched upon.

If Amanda ends up single, we wouldn’t mind seeing her and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) revisit their relationship. We know he’s with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) right now, but he’s about to have a considerable shakeup in his life. An unemployed, depressed Billy whose kids are at boarding school might be more than Lily can handle.

He and Amanda never truly explored their growing relationship, and we’d love to see what they could become. Who knows? Perhaps Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) might enjoy some time with Lily too.
