Y&R spoilers for Thursday, September 9, 2021, tease Jack opening up about his real reasons for dating Sally Spectra and it’s not because he was really that into her. As for Sally, she gets quite an earful from the most powerful man in all the land.
Y&R Spoilers Highlights
A little bit of wine, some slightly dimmed lights, and a redhead on his couch is all it takes to make Jack (Peter Bergman) melt. So much so, he bares his soul and makes a massive confession to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
Young and Restless Spoilers: Red Hot Desires
What exactly does Jack say? Well, as it turns out, he wasn’t dating Sally (Courtney Hope) because she was young and hot. He was dating her because he was hoping she would be a whole heck of a lot like Phyllis. Oh yes, he was trying to make her into some sort of Phyllis 2.0.
How will Phyllis take this sort of uncomfortable news? It’s one thing to have a man obsess over you. Hey, it’s kind of cute when someone has a crush or an ex is pining away for you. However, trying to bed someone because they reminded you of someone else is a bit extreme. Or is it?
Of course, Y&R spoilers point out this is Phyllis we’re talking about. She is the best kind of damaged goods. Maybe, just maybe, this will throw a wrench in her life plans to stay casual with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and she’ll soon become Mrs. Abbott again instead.
Y&R: A Formative Father
Meanwhile, a trip to the ranch leaves Sally’s head spinning. She gets a huge talking to by The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and he expects her to listen up. He is not going to let her play games with his son, Adam (Mark Grossman).
Will Adam Newman have something to say about all this, though? Victor may like to be overprotective, but Adam is a grown man who can make up his own mind. Rumor has it this may just push him to live on the edge and jump into something he’s not ready for at all.
