The Y&R spoilers for Thursday, September 23, 2021, barrel towards Victoria Newman and Ashland Locke’s wedding with Nikki Newman giving her daughter some last-minute advice, Billy Abbott and Lily Winters believing they finally have the goods on the groom, and Phyllis Summers and Nick Newman wondering if maybe their relationship is in trouble, after all.
The Y&R Spoilers Highlights
When Nick (Joshua Morrow) first confronted Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) about why she never told him that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) confessed to still being in love with her, Phyllis dismissed it as having nothing to do with them – then told Nick she knows how to keep him from thinking, and sex was had.
However, once that’s over, Nick goes back to thinking. And he thinks maybe he and Phyllis aren’t as solid as he assured Jack they were. There will either be more sex…or this on-again/off-again couple will finally have to deal with their long-suppressed issues.
Y&R: Mother-Daughter Dance
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) has her doubts about Victoria (Amelia Heinle) marrying Ashland (Richard Burgi), but she is trying to be supportive. Victoria believes her family’s minds should have been put at ease after Ashland told them all about his tragic past – you know, the one that sounds like a copy and paste of Victor’s (Eric Braeden) favorite sob story. But there is still something Nikki needs to know.
Young and the Restless: Stop the Presses
Seeing Ashland having a conversation with his lawyer convinced Billy (Jason Thompson) that the secretive mogul was up to no good. True, Ashland was in the process of being blackmailed. But Billy didn’t know that.
Still, he keeps digging and digging, and finally, he tells Lily (Christel Khalil) he’s got it! The smoking gun that will keep Ashland from marrying Billy’s ex-wife! Er…the story that will benefit their company. Nothing else. For realz.
