Sally (Courtney Hope) was trying to be reasonable when she told Nick (Joshua Morrow) that their casual relationship had gotten too messy, and neither one of them had really signed up for that.

But that’s when Summer (Allison Lanier) popped up to see her daddy embracing the woman who ruined Summer’s life by making it possible for her to get her dream man and her dream job, and Summer would not stand for it!

Phyllis Summers’s (Michelle Stafford) daughter confronts Sally and demands that Sally do things her way — in a manner very reminiscent of Phyllis Summers. If Sally didn’t give in when the mother was threatening her and foaming at the mouth, why in the world would she buckle at the pale imitation?

Now that Nate (Sean Dominic) has confessed that he was selling out their company to a powerful bidder, Lily (Christel Khalil) and Devon (Bryton James) think they’ve got everything under control by postponing the IPO.

But Lily and Devon have no idea that the man they just fired is standing in Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) office, nodding thoughtfully when Victoria explains how Kay Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper) would have wanted them to do this, so they are on the side of the angels. The threat is just beginning for Lily and Devon!
