On The Young and the Restless, Adam Newman lured Sally Spectra to the roof and bribed her to stay with a steak dinner…as well as the promise of honesty. Once the food had been eaten and the wine drunk, Adam swore that he’d never stopped loving her and didn’t think he ever could. He also missed her as a friend and was sorry he’d ever been stupid enough to hurt her.

It was close, but a little over half of you, 52%, are convinced that Adam meant what he said when he swore he still loved Sally. After all, what reason did he have to lie? If he no longer loved her, why would he be trying so hard to win her back?
Sure, Sally accused him of only doing it because he couldn’t stand the idea of his brother “winning” something that Adam had “lost.” But if Adam could get over all the times Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) went back to Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow) when Adam wanted her, he should certainly be able to get over this. Unless Adam loves Sally more than he ever loved Sharon.

Why Not Both?
A more realistic 36% of the audience doesn’t see why Adam can’t be deeply in love with Sally…and also want to stick it to his brother. One doesn’t negate the other. In fact, it makes it better.
Only One For Adam Newman
It’s a last-place 12% which doesn’t believe Adam ever cared about Sally. She was a fun distraction for a while, but there are plenty of fish in the sea. What Adam really wants to do is to beat Nick…especially since he knows he could never do it over Sharon.
