The Y&R spoilers for Friday, July 2, 2021, end the week and head into the holiday weekend with Tara Locke reminding Kyle Abbott of summers past, while Lily Winters joins Billy Abbott in digging for dirt, and Victoria Newman is eager to move forward with Ashland Locke.
Kyle (Michael Mealor) first met Tara (Elizabeth Leiner) in the Hamptons, where New York City’s beautiful people decamp for the summer to eat, drink, and be merry. It’s a playground for the rich and fabulous and, with a new summer season upon us, Tara is eager to stir up Kyle’s good memories of their past tryst.
Genoa City isn’t exactly the beaches of Long Island, but we’re sure she can think of something to remind him how he used to feel about her. Summer Newman (Hunter King)…who?
Was it only a few days ago that Lily (Christel Khalil) was urging Billy (Jason Thompson) to be careful when covering Ashland (Richard Burgi) and Tara’s divorce? Yeah, well, she’s over that now.
Let’s, instead, throw caution and Y&R spoilers to the wind, and both go charging in, head first, asking questions we have no business asking and planting ourselves in the sights of a man known as The Locke Ness Monster. What could go wrong? Winters + Abbott (AKA Silly Wabbot) are invincible!
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) accepted Ashland’s offer of dinner in Los Angeles. Will he accept her offer to merge their two companies so that Ashland can be ensured of his legacy continuing?! Her business proposal is a sound one. But when she bats her big, beautiful eyes at him, will he really see the advantages of her proposal? And what will Ashland ask for in return? Who is playing whom here?
