The Y&R spoilers for Wednesday, July 14 present Ashland Locke and Victoria Newman’s big announcement, Sally Spectra narrowing in on the person she believes betrayed her, and Billy Abbott making a confession to big brother Jack Abbott.

After giving Billy (Jason Thompson) the impression that he is still considering his offer to merge their two communications companies, Ashland (Richard Burgi) told Victoria (Amelia Heinle) that his lawyers had finished their due diligence, and Project Merge Locke and Newman Industries is a go! They will be together forever! At least, while Ashland is alive.

Watch for what happens when Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) learns about it… and that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) knew all along. He’s going to launch straight from one tantrum sitting in his chair to another!

Young and Restless Spoilers: Guilty Party

Hey, remember when they teased that Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) oh, so innocently asked Sally (Courtney Hope) to shoot a video of Tara playing with sweet, little Harrison?

And Sally just happened to catch Ashland (Richard Burgi) in ill health? (Why Sally didn’t stop filming at that point, is on her.) Tara pretended to be horrified it had been recorded and told Sally she deleted the video. Before forwarding a copy to herself.

Now Y&R spoilers tease that video has been sent to every news outlet in America. And when they track down the source, guess who they’re going to find? And guess who our gal Sal is going to blame?

The Young and the Restless: Truth Time

You know how we know that they’re going to figure out who sent the video? Because Billy (Jason Thompson) told Ashland that was something he could do. Now, though, Billy had to tell Jack (Peter Bergman) why he is continuing to pursue a story his brother claims will hurt Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Harrison.
