The Y&R spoilers for Friday, July 1, 2022, pick up as Ashland Locke is about to figure out what Victoria Newman has been plotting behind his back, while Chelsea Lawson realizes she doesn’t have the leverage she thought she did with Chloe Mitchell Fisher, and Victor Newman makes it clear to his son that only one person in their family gets to call the shots. Guess who that is?

The Y&R Spoilers Highlights

Looks like Victoria (Amelia Heinle) had a plan all along when she went back to Ashland (Robert Newman). She would take all the money that he got for divorcing her (minus the quarter of a million dollars he already donated to her brother’s charity), and then she would…have it.

Yeah, that seems to be the extent of it. Maybe she’s laughing in Ashland’s face as a side bonus. The only question now is whether this was all her idea, or whether the public break with her family was just part of her plan, and she and Victor (Eric Braeden) have been in cahoots from the start.

Young and the Restless: Collateral Damage

And if this has all been a pretend family schism, then Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is about to become the shortest-serving CEO in Newman Enterprises history. He’s been Victor’s puppet, and now Victor has no more use for him.

Of course, Victor expects Adam to just take his jerking around and be grateful his father even pretended to believe in him. If he doesn’t, Victor might not even let Adam keep the company they had before he was promoted. Take it or leave it, boy.

Y&R Spoilers: Better Offer

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) wants Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) to come work for her. Is that just the excuse Chloe needs to break off her partnership with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan)?
