The Y&R spoilers for Thursday, February 10, 2022, enter the realm of fantasy, as Chelsea Lawson is shocked to think she might be over Adam Newman, Abby Newman Abbott Chancellor is forced to give up on her dream of having the perfect family with Chance Chancellor and their son, and Billy Abbott dreams of making a big splash.
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) has never been particularly good at knowing her own mind. She loves Adam (Mark Grossman)! She loves Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow)! She loves Adam again! No, she hates Adam! She wants him in prison forever! No! Wait! She loves Adam again!
How dare he not want her anymore? Chelsea will…why Chelsea will…Chelsea will…have a romantic dream about…Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso)? Sure, he left his wife for weeks to take care of Chelsea. And he listens to her endless stories about precious Connor Newman (Judah Mackey). Nothing is hotter than that. But could Chelsea actually be ready to move on…with a married man?
Abby (Melissa Ordway) gave in to sharing her son with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). She thought that would take the pressure of Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) to be a perfect dad. But Chance is obviously still suffering the effects of his time presumed dead — and the attack that killed his men. Abby asked Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) if her husband should get help, and Sharon insisted the desire had to come from Chance himself. But can Abby push the issue?
Billy (Jason Thompson) insists he’s happy to be working under Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). He insists he has no problem with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) now holding the same position as him at Newman Media. He’s not suppressing his emotions. The lack of sleep is…his being so happy about life.
