The Y&R spoilers for Tuesday, December 13, 2022, tease another tense round between cousins, a worried and brokenhearted woman, a confused young man, and so much more.
Things really haven’t been right between Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) in a long time. Both cousins have big reasons to be angry at each other — Nate and Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) cheated together, and Devon punched Nate, ending his career. Then, there are the more recent Chancellor-Winters struggles, and it’s safe to say these cousins are not ready to be on friendly terms yet.
That’s why it’s not all that surprising that Nate pushes Devon’s buttons. He just can’t quit picking at his cousin. Certainly, Nate is curious to find out what happened with Devon and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) that caused her to quit and stay with her family in another state.
Abby Newman Abbott Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) gave Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) just the reason he needed to dump her without even looking back when she cheated with Devon. Now, Chance is gone, and Abby worries about her future.
How will she ever afford the Chancellor mansion upkeep on just her Newman/Abbott/Carlton inheritance and salary alone? Oh, and who will she find that worships her the way she deserves to be worshipped? These are important concerns.
It’s not surprising that Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) isn’t quite sure how to feel. After all, he just learned that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) is his biological mother, and then his brother cousin Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) told him that Chelsea wanted to “unalive” herself. That’s a lot for one pre-teen to take in, and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) rightly expresses concern about Johnny. Will Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) take enough time away from Chelsea to check on his son?
