Y&R Spoilers For April 27: Chelsea Is Forced To Defend Herself

The Y&R spoilers for April 27, 2022, don’t miss a beat as they pick up on Sharon Rosales laying into Chelsea Lawson, while Kyle Abbott tries to process the news of his mother still being alive, and Phyllis Summers continues her frontal assault on all things Diane Jenkins.

The Y&R Spoilers Highlights

When Victoria Newman Locke (Amelia Heinle) reminded Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) that, only a year ago, she was trying to kill the now dead Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso), Chelsea got all indignant, and even invoked precious Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) — how dare Victoria suggest Chelsea might not be mourning the death of a man who found the boy as enchanting as Chelsea did!

However, when Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) was also furious to see her, Chelsea didn’t have that defense to fall back on. Sharon is Rey’s widow, after all. She might even be suffering more than Chelsea!

Young and the Restless: Now You Know

Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) finally told Kyle (Michael Mealor) that Diane (Susan Walters) is still alive. His son instantly went into chin trembling mode as he tried to understand what his dad was telling him. (Kyle isn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer, so it takes him a beat). Jack tries to make it clear that he will support whatever decision Kyle makes about his mother. But, first, Kyle has to make one.

Y&R Spoilers: The Women’s Room

Meanwhile, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) decides she can’t trust Kyle to make the correct decision about his own life, so Phyllis takes matters into her own hands. Phyllis, once again, confronts Diane to remind her what a horrible person she is and how her return to Genoa City will affect Kyle. Which will affect Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier). Which justifies Phyllis sticking her nose into the situation. Again.
