What does Diane Jenkins Abbott do?
The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, October 18, 2023, tease that Diane goes way over the line. Plus, Traci gives Jack some wise words, and Mamie points her nephew Nate toward the right way.
Diane (Susan Walters) is so happy and in love with Jack (Peter Bergman). They’re enjoying their honeymoon phase, and they recently celebrated their wedding with their friends and family.

The only problem they have is that their son Kyle (Michael Mealor) has chaos in his life after breaking up with Summer (Allison Lanier). Diane has strongly suggested that Jack let Billy (Jason Thompson) go so he can replace him with Kyle, but so far, Jack has declined. When Diane crosses the line, will it have to do with work, or is there something else going on with her?
Traci (Beth Maitland) is the conscience of both her family and even most of Genoa City at times. She’s always available to provide a good pep talk while keeping it real for her family and friends.
When Traci shares words of wisdom with Jack, we suspect he’ll listen to her. What does he need counsel on now? Possibly with whatever Tucker (Trevor St. John) has planned.
Mamie (Veronica Redd) is back in Genoa City, supposedly to help bring her family back to its former greatness. She points Nate (Sean Dominic) in the right direction. Is that away from Newman Enterprises and towards working with his cousin? Or could it be away from Victoria (Amelia Heinle)?
