Victor Newman intends to work with Jack, of all people.
The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday tease an unusual moment as Victor and Jack put their differences aside…at least for the short term. Plus, Nikki moves forward with her own plans as Michael gets a troubling message. This is one action-packed episode you won’t want to miss.
Victor (Eric Braeden) and Jack (Peter Bergman) have been mortal enemies for decades. After all, once Jack stepped over Victor and left him for dead during a heart attack. It’s safe to say there’s no love lost between these two. That’s why it’s always noteworthy when they make an exception and work together towards a common goal.
In the wake of Phyllis’s (Michelle Stafford) not-so-real death, Victor and Jack join forces. They both love Summer (Allison Lanier) and want Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) out of town. For a bit, look for these two to put aside their differences, but will it last? Unlikely.
Victor’s wife, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) also has an agenda when it comes to what’s going on in Genoa City. She felt awful that she may have played a part in encouraging Phyllis to continue going after Diane (Susan Walters), and now she believes Phyllis is dead along with the rest of Genoa City.

Nikki takes matters into her own hands, and things could get dicey for her. Will Victor figure out what she’s doing, or will this be one time she’s able to make changes on her own?
Finally, Michael (Christian Le Blanc) and Lauren (Tracey Bregman) were devastated to hear that Phyllis had died. Sure, they both realized she was spiraling, but neither ever expected it to come to this.
When Michael receives a disturbing message, will it have something to do with Phyllis being alive? Or, is Michael involved in some other intrigue?
