The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday tease that Nikki Newman makes a shocking announcement while her granddaughter Summer conspires against Sally. Finally, Billy hears something that surprises him. This is sure to be a dramatic episode you won’t want to miss.
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) is a busy businesswoman in Genoa City. She’s been working at Newman Enterprises alongside Victoria (Amelia Heinle). Additionally, she’s been helping plan Genoa City’s bicentennial celebration.
When Nikki makes a shocking announcement, what will it be? Does it have to do with her work, or is it something else? Perhaps she’s learned that Sally (Courtney Hope) is expecting Adam’s (Mark Grossman) baby.
Summer (Allison Lanier) listened to what Nick (Joshua Morrow) told her the other day, but she clearly didn’t hear him. Never mind that she wants Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) to butt out of her life because when it comes to her dad, Summer absolutely wants to butt in.

That’s why she strategizes against Sally. She simply cannot stand that her dad is dating the woman who is pregnant with her uncle’s child. Making moves to interfere in her dad’s life doesn’t make Summer a hypocrite, though, does it?
Billy (Jason Thompson) is in flux…again. He quit his job at Chancellor-Winters, but now that Jack (Peter Bergman) asked him to work at Jabot, he’s considering it. Billy says he wants to work with his family, but he seems to forget that his mom is part of Chancellor-Winters. He receives unexpected news, which could make a big difference in what happens next for him.
