These The Young and the Restless spoilers tease much-needed introspection, parental prying, and much more. This will be a week you won’t want to miss!

Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights

Sharon (Sharon Case) finds herself at a crossroads, the result of confronting Summer (Allison Lanier) over her obvious feelings for Chance (Conner Floyd) and being asked in return whether or not she actually loves the recently retired cop.

Sharon certainly wants to love Chance. And she honestly does adore him and the time that they spend together. But is it love? And Sharon should know from love. She’s had two great ones…Nicholas (Joshua Morrow) and Rey.

Look for the confused heroine to turn to her past in a desperate attempt to help her decide her future. Here’s hoping that she doesn’t make the same mistakes that she has before.

Loose Lips

Meanwhile, look for Danny (Michael Damian) to offer Daniel (Michael Graziadei) unsolicited advice where his love life is concerned — not that a man in a triangle of his own has any room to talk. Daniel claims to love Lily (Christel Khalil) but he has been feeling drawn to his ex (read about what happened with that here).

With Lily away for so long, is Daniel’s heart slowly realizing there is unfinished business with Heather (Vail Bloom). Certainly, his father knows a little something about unfinished business since he kissed both Christine (Lauralee Bell) and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) within an hour of each other. Will his advice help or hinder his son?

Odds And Ends

In other news, Victor (Eric Braeden) forces a truce between Nick and Adam (Mark Grossman), and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) works on her relationship with Claire Grace (Hayley Erin).

Finally, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) fights the urge to drink and Victor lends his wife his full, unconditional support. She conquered her disease before, and she’ll do it again.

Note: A classic episode of The Young and the Restless, which originally aired on October 17, 2003, will be shown on Monday, January 1.
