Weekly Y&R Teasers: Loneliness, Desperation, and Big Shocks

Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights

It’s Christmas time in Genoa City, not that you’d notice if not for the festive decorations. Rather than holiday cheer, gloom, and doom is at the forefront of most citizens’ minds. Luckily for the squabbling Abbotts, Traci (Beth Maitland) is back in town and determined to whip them into a Yuletide frenzy.

Equally blessed is Devon (Bryton James), who has Abby (Melissa Ordway) to turn to when he has a holiday dilemma. But who will help the likes of Christine (Lauralee Bell), who gets delivered a lump of coal courtesy of Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) — which we’re assuming is metaphorical?

As for Daniel (Michael Graziadei), awfully lonesome without his lady love (here’s our opinion on why Lily isn’t around for the holidays), he’s about to get schooled on the real reason for the season.

Drink It In

Not that Victor (Eric Braeden) wants his opinion on, well, anything, Nate (Sean Dominic) steels himself and sits down with his boss to issue a warning: All signs point to Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) being back on the sauce. Will The Mustache give what his former lackey says any credence? Or will he continue to ignore the painfully obvious?

Odds And Ends

In other news, look for Billy (Jason Thomspon) to inform Jack (Peter Bergman) that he’s leaving Jabot — which may or may not be a ploy to lull Tucker (Trevor St. John) into a false sense of security.

Meanwhile, the results are in. With one scan of the medical documents, Cole (J. Eddie Peck) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will learn once and for all whether or not Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) is really their daughter, Eve Nicole. Echoing Michael Baldwin’s (Christian Le Blanc) query, will a negative outcome result in the two abandoning the embattled youth to her own devices?

Finally, Tucker presents Phyllis with a most unexpected offer. An offer he very much hopes she won’t refuse. Will it be enough to lure her back to the dark side?
