The Young and the Restless spoilers weekly update for October 25 – 29, 2021, tease the week ahead is full of unexpected news, someone showing their true colors, and seeking support in times of crisis. Tune in next week so you can catch all of the action in Genoa City!
As a newly married man, Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) is hoping for the best where his cancer prognosis is concerned. The wedding in Tuscany went well, and Ashland had no major health setbacks during his time abroad. Now that he’s back in Genoa City, he visits his doctor for an update on his health. Will Ashland receive a devastating blow or be given hope for a second chance at life? He trusts his good friend Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) to tell it to him straight and give him a second opinion on the matter.
The Young and the Restless spoilers revealed Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) was surprised to see her son Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) back home, and even more surprised to learn that he’d be staying in Wisconsin for the foreseeable future. She quizzed Noah about his time in London, and what he’ll be doing now that he’s back home permanently.
Then, in the least surprising move, Sharon shocks no one when she shows her loyalty towards Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Meanwhile, Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) commiserates with Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart), but little does Rey know, he’s the one who will need consoling when he finds Sharon taking Adam’s side once again.
Abby Newman Abbott Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) was devastated to learn that her husband Chance may not have survived when his station was destroyed. The realization that she now has a newborn to raise alone, dawns on her, and she leans on Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) for support.
Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) wasn’t going to waste the romance of Italy and leaned in for a kiss with Adam. He responded in kind but only for a moment. He came to his senses and kicked Sally out of the room. It was good timing, too. She was able to catch Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) snuggling on the settee in Red’s room. She snapped herself a pic to use later.
Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow) opted to head to London with Noah instead of going home to Genoa City. He said he needed a break from the family. Phyllis was upset but kissed him goodbye. She hitched a ride home with Jack on the Abbott jet.
Christine Blair Williams (Lauralee Bell) was the bearer of bad news when she showed up to update Abby. Chance no soon entered the last leg of his mission than his compound was bombed. As far as the pentagon knew, there were no survivors, and Chance was presumed dead. Poor Abby went into a state of shock.
