The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, April 7, 2020, promise the Newman family war is about to go off the rails again.
The Young and the Restless Spoiler Highlights
Adam (Mark Grossman) scores big but it’s coming at a high cost to Victor (Eric Braeden). He practically has to drag Victoria (Amelia Heinle) off the throne kicking and screaming to accomplish it. She fought hard to get the top spot and can’t understand why her dad is giving in instead of going to battle.
Of course, she isn’t the only one confused. When Victoria gets home and tells Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) she’s moving out of the ranch, giving up on NE, and leaving her dad behind, things go off the rails. Nikki is dumbfounded. Why is Victor giving in to his wayward son, especially at the expense of their daughter?
Nikki Demands The Truth
Victor’s in for it when he gets home. Nikki will be waiting and she wants answers. Why is he allowing Adam to run the show? Is there a secret scheme underfoot? Does Victor have a game plan going on? Or, did Adam use the intel for blackmail? Does everyone know The Mustache can go dark, but murder?
It should come as no surprise that Victor keeps mum on the whole scandalous ordeal. His son can have the company for now, but he promises Nikki this will not last long. Adam thinks he has the upper hand but he doesn’t and the Newmans will rise again.
Victor: Revenge or Relent?
Does that mean Victor didn’t kill AJ after all? Is Adam barking up the wrong tree and this will bite him later on? Could the rumors be true and Victor will take the blame to save Hope’s memory? Only time will tell.
For now, Nikki either has to trust her man or pack her bags. Victoria has big plans to take over the tact house (because apparently she’s forgotten she has her own home). Maybe Nikki can stay there with her while Victor goes it alone to take down his biggest enemy yet. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
