The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, May 21 close out the week with Victoria coming to Billy’s defense, while Kyle decides to play offense with Ashland.
Billy (Jason Thompson) wanted to buy Ashland’s (Richard Burgi) media company so that he could attack Adam. Victor (Eric Braeden) forced an ailing Ashland to sell him the media company so that Adam (Mark Grossman) could attack Billy.
Victoria wanted to buy it in order to get back at her father and brother and to protect her ex-husband. She failed. But that doesn’t mean she’s given up. Victoria tries to convince Victor to stay off Billy’s case by convincing him that Chance Comm is no match for the newly rebranded Newman Media, so why not go pick on someone your own size, Dad?
Will she also tell him that she and Ashland had a nice chat, and Victoria may not be as out of the picture as Victor assumes? Don’t bet on it.
When Ashland only thought Kyle (Michael Mealor) had slept with his wife, he almost brought Jabot to its knees. Now that he knows that an affair did, in fact, happen, will he go for blood? And what about when Kyle claims to be Harrison’s father? Jabot better duck and cover!
But just like Kyle came up with a clever solution before, he thinks he has another one now. Kyle will leave Jabot, meaning there will be no reason for Ashland to go after Jack’s (Peter Bergman) company. Is Kyle nuts?
It’s still the Abbott family company. Kyle is still an Abbott. And Ashland will still want to crush him like the bug he is. Of course, he’ll keep going after Jabot. Even if Jack is now the man in charge and not Kyle. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
