The Young and the Restless spoilers for October 19-23, 2020, reveal Elena’s emotional confession, Gloria’s triumphant return, and so much more!
Devon’s (Bryton James) excitement over being named Businessperson Of The Year is soured due to Elena’s (Brytni Sarpy) continued agitation and stress. He attempts to get her to open up to him but she rebuffs him.
At the gala event, Devon learns about Jared’s overdose and wonders why neither Elena nor Nate (Sean Dominic) bothered to tell him about the young boy’s plight.
Off a tense confrontation, Elena heads for the sanctuary provided by a suite at the Grand Phoenix (which is playing host to the awards ceremony). Devon follows and asks his lover what is troubling her. And Elena begins to explain exactly what happened that night at the clinic…
Kevin (Greg Rikaart), Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson), and baby Miles Mitchell’s nesting is interrupted by the arrival of Grandmother Fisher… and Kevin is immediately suspicious.
Gloria (Judith Chapman) resents the insinuations that she has an ulterior motive for returning to town, and after a particularly heated exchange, she marches out of the Chancellor manse.
At Kevin’s insistence, Michael (Christian Le Blanc) arrives and the brothers put their heads together and try to ascertain the real reason for their mother’s sudden reappearance.
In other Genoa City news, Sharon (Sharon Case) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) worry about Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind), the Abbott family struggles to cope in the wake of Dina’s (Marla Adams) passing, and Billy (Jason Thompson) and Lily (Christel Khalil) navigate their relationship.
Meanwhile, it’s full steam ahead for Sharon and Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) as the two make plans for their future… and their wedding. Also, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) finds herself at the center of a crisis and she turns to Billy for a helping hand.
Finally, Summer (Hunter King) gives Kyle (Michael Mealor) a reality check, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) issues a warning, and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) puts Adam (Mark Grossman) on notice. The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
