The Y&R spoilers recap for Wednesday, March 23, 2022, brings a likely blast from Jack Abbott’s past as Allie Nguyen sells Keemo’s house in Los Angeles. Speaking of Jack, he debated the merits of contacting Allie with his family plus Phyllis Summers. Finally, Victoria Newman Locke learned all the evidence her family had from Nate Hastings, and Ashland Locke wouldn’t defend himself.
Y&R Spoilers Recap Highlights
Allie (Kelsey Wang) had a buyer for Keemo’s house. The only caveat is that the buyer wanted to meet her — in fact, it was a condition of the sale. Although she tried to get out of it, Allie didn’t leave before the mysterious buyer showed up at the house ready to buy it outright.
A woman, who looked an awful lot like Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), walked through the door of Keemo’s house in a moment that felt even more shocking than when Allie walked through. While she introduced herself as Taylor Jenson, since Diane didn’t have an evil twin, we think it’s likely she’s using that name as an alias. The Jack (Peter Bergman) mystery deepens with a piece of his past, meeting another supposedly dead part of his past.
Young and the Restless: Family Rules
Back home, Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) tried to convince Jack he’d be prudent to continue with his plan to wait until Allie reached out to him, especially since his motivation had to do with learning more about Keemo’s life. However, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) both thought that Jack should make the first move.
Of course, Phyllis’s reasoning is she wanted to know more about the mysterious texts. As for Billy, he felt that his new niece might need the guidance and family that Jack represented, especially given that she and her mother aren’t close and her father died. Jack didn’t quite make up his mind what he wanted to do.
Y&R Spoilers Recap: Good Doctor
Nate (Sean Dominic) was furious. He sat in the bar at Society, and Ashland (Robert Newman) approached him. Nate wasn’t about to let his fake friend worm his way back into his good graces.
Nate told Ashland right off, and frustrated, Ashland left when Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) walked in. She reminded Nate that Ashland fooled a lot of people and that he did the right thing in the end. Elena, for one, was Team Nate all the way, and by the end of her pep talk, he seemed a bit less angry.
Y&R: The Last To Know
Well, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) just couldn’t believe how evil and terrible her daddy and her brother Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) were. As for Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Vic felt he’d been led astray by Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and his dislike of Ashland. But what about Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott)? She supported Victoria from the get-go, and all Nikki ever wanted was her daughter’s happiness. Victoria didn’t have an answer.
She questioned why her family would hang everything on a shaky video of a strange doctor and payments tied to an obscure company Ashland owned. Adam tried to compare what Ashland did with what Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) did to him last year in framing him for attempted murder. She went into full “Witchtoria” mode with her youngest brother, but in the end, it looked like she’ll have to eat her words because Ashland came in.
He gave a good diatribe against how terrible Victoria’s family was and how they’d always be fighting against him. He just wished his love was enough for Victoria. Victor invited Ashland to defend himself, but instead, Ashland blamed it all on their supposed vendetta against him.
Then, Victoria told Ashland she was interested in hearing his defense, but instead, he told her it was too much to continue fighting against her family, so he was through. Ashland walked out, and Victoria collapsed into her mother’s arms crying that it was all true — Ashland had lied about everything.
