In this historical The Young and the Restless recap, it’s Monday, March 18, 2019. Residents in Genoa City are all worked up over JT Hellstrom. Victor Newman, Billy Abbott, Nick Newman, and Rey Rosales worked together to protect Nikki Newman, Victoria Newman, and Sharon Rosales! Plus, Summer Newman and Lola Rosales prepared for her liver transplant.
The Young and the Restless Historical Recap: The Fugitive(s)
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Victoria (Amelia Heinle), and Sharon (Sharon Case) got in the van that will take them to prison. (Do rich people get private prison vans? Can they order them, like an Uber?)
Nikki assures the other women that Victor (Eric Braeden) will protect them, while Nick (Joshua Morrow) continued blaming Phyllis (then Gina Tognoni).
Nick and Billy (Jason Thompson) confronted Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) and convinced him that JT (Thad Luckinbill) is still alive. OK, Rey said, I’m sure you civilians are right.
Nikki, Sharon, and Victoria were on the way to prison when the van suddenly stopped. They were brought to the Abbott cabin. There, Rey explained that he’ll fake papers to make it look like they escaped and, in this way, smoke out JT. OK, we’re sure you experts are right.
This Day In Y&R History: One Life To Liver
Summer (Hunter King) checked into the hospital to donate her liver, and Kyle (Michael Mealor) promised to be there when she woke up.
Meanwhile, Lola (Sasha Calle) wished she knew who her donor was and wondered why Kyle wasn’t there with her. Arturo Rosales (Jason Canela) lies that he’s probably just trying to give her space. Lola begged her protective brothers not to drive Kyle away.
Mia Rosales (Noemi Gonzalez) told Abby Newman Abbott (Melissa Ordway) to give Arturo space, too. And Mia told Arturo to convince Rey to take her back — or else Mia will tell Abby that Mia and Arturo had sex — recently.
