My Daughter
In the aftermath of a haunting nightmare at Memorial, Claire (Hayley Erin) wrestled with the echoes of Aunt Jordan’s unsettling words, realizing the deep impact her past had left on her. The dream left Claire distressed. However, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) assured her that she was not alone.
Victoria praised Claire for confronting her past, acknowledging the difficulty it must have posed. Claire, however, remained guarded, contemplating the extensive therapy ahead, a prospect that both scared and challenged her.

During a conversation with her mother, she expressed skepticism about the healing process, labeling her family as cold and spiteful. Victoria, understanding the weight of their strained relationship, offered assurance that they would proceed at Claire’s pace, allowing her to decide her place within the family.
As the mother-daughter duo navigated their emotions, Claire questioned whether Cole would truly be a part of her life and if they could be good parents. Victoria, hopeful but uncertain, emphasized that time would reveal how their relationships played out. The emotional exchange led to a poignant moment of tears as they shared a hug.
That’s What Friends Are For
Meanwhile, Cole (J. Eddie Peck) visited Victor (Eric Braeden) at the ranch. They talked about the impact Claire had on their lives. Victor, concerned about Victoria’s well-being, wanted them to take some decisive steps. Cole, on the other hand, thought they should be patient and understanding. He said he was committed to being a part of Claire’s life. To support her, he took a sabbatical from teaching, and he planned to live in Genoa City for the time being.
Lauren (Tracey Bregman) visited Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) at Newman Media and told her she supported her, but she wasn’t sorry that she told Jack the details. Nikki was angry with herself for the pain she felt she’d inflicted on her family and friends. Lauren urged Nikki to focus on her recovery. She also suggested that Nikki lean on Jack instead of Seth, who was fighting his own battles. (Here’s where Seth admitted he’d been drinking again.)
Victor showed up, and he surprised them with a lunch invitation. He emphasized how important friendship was. At Society, Victor expressed concern about Victoria’s well-being, and he told Nikki his conversation with Cole about the uncertain future.
At Crimson Lights, Victoria told Cole about their daughter’s newfound hope, hinting at a potential reunion, especially since Claire had hugged her. Cole told Victoria about his visit with Victor. She wasn’t thrilled by how overprotective her father was.
What Happened In Paris?
At the Abbott mansion, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) confided in Jack (Peter Bergman) about Tucker (Trevor St. John) denying her allegations of violence in Paris. (She has been terrified of him.) Jack encouraged his sister to remove Tucker from her life after their divorce was final.
Meanwhile, at the Genoa City Athletic Club, Billy (Jason Thompson) and Devon (Bryton James) discussed work until Tucker interrupted, accusing them of forming an alliance against him. Tucker, focused on his company, said that he wouldn’t jeopardize his grandchild’s future.
At the jazz lounge, Ashley accused Tucker of violence in Paris. She challenged Tucker to admit the truth about his actions, leading to a heated exchange about commitment and choices. The conversation ended with Ashley asserting her independence and asking Tucker to leave.
Lauren went to the Abbott mansion, and she and Jack discussed Nikki’s progress, highlighting the challenges ahead.
