The Young and the Restless Recaps: Monday, September 13
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) pointedly revealed to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) that no records detailing her husband to be’s birth, or the death of his parents exist; though perturbed, Victoria orders Billy to stop his incessant digging…Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) continued to be plagued by threatening text messages.
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) approached Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and offered a sincere apology in the event that she felt uncomfortable following his declaration of love; Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow) joins the duo and delivers the good news – Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Hunter King) are readying for their civil ceremony.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) questioned Ashland about his past; Ashland is evasive which worries Victor…Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) is put out when Abby Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) is dismissive of her offer to help with Dominic. Later, she confides in Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) her struggle to sever her maternal ties, and her lingering fear that Benjamin “Stitch” Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) is still a threat to her safety.
Nick and Phyllis ruminate on the state of their relationship…Jack Abbott meets his nephew for the first time; Abby reveals that Chance has no idea that he’s become a father…After receiving yet another alarming text, Ashland confesses to Victoria that there is something he’s been less than honest about…Mariah is put out when she overhears Tessa reiterating Mariah’s state of mind to Abby.
Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) disencumbers Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) of any notion that they might one day reunite. She’s put out by his desire to tell Connor as soon as possible…Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) warns a clearly smitten Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) that Adam will never divest himself of his one true love: Sharon Rosales (Sharon Chase).
Young and Restless Recaps: Tuesday, September 14
Ashland tells Victoria that he escaped an abusive household and made his way in the world alone until he was taken in by his mentor; he also admits that Ashland Locke is a pseudonym…Billy shares his findings – or lack thereof – with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott); she heads to Victoria’s and is informed that Ashland would like for her to call a family meeting to be held forthwith.
Abby asks Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Mariah to be Dominic’s godparents; they happily agree; Mariah is aghast when Abby mentions she will be hiring a nanny to care for the baby…Abby and Mariah are put out when neither one of them can get Dominic to take his bottle; Devon gives it a try and proves successful.

Y&R Recaps: Wednesday, September 15
Ashland shared his story with the Newman family – and Billy. Billy isn’t impressed with Ashland’s stubborn refusal to divulge his real name; Nikolas is equally dubious; to everyone’s surprise, Victor agrees to take Ashland at his word, and cease his investigation into the man’s past.
Devon is heartened to learn that Sofia has agreed to let Moses Winters (Jacob Aaron Gaines) stay in Genoa City. However, he’s put out when Moses admits he wasn’t entirely honest with his mother about his career goals.
Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) tells Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) that she feels the hospital staff is treating her differently now that courtship is common knowledge.
The Young and the Restless Recaps: Thursday, September 16
Adam attempts to explain his and Chelsea’s predicament to Connor; the young man lays all the blame at Sharon’s feet, then takes off; Adam pursues him. Connor winds up in Chancellor Park where he makes Sally’s acquaintance. Sally is able to talk the young man round, much to Adam’s delight – and Sharon’s chagrin.
Nate accepted Ashland’s offer to be his best man…The latest text message from Ashland’s blackmailer includes a demand for a met-up…Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is put out by Billy’s dogged determination to uncover all of Ashland’s secrets.
Y&R Recaps: Friday, September 17
Dominic is christened much to the delight of his extended family…Mariah continues to struggle with Post Traumatic Stress…After shattering a glass in a moment of panic, Mariah tells Abby that she can no longer live at the manse…With Abby’s permission, Mariah bids farewell to Dominic…Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and Devon reunite; she reveals that her mother has been diagnosed with a heart ailment.
