The Big Con
Ashland (Richard Burgi) sure got over Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) threatening not to call an ambulance while Ashland was having a heart attack until Ashland signed over his media company to Victor and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) quick. And 72% of you can’t shake the nagging feeling that this whole ‘Oh, woe is me’ dying thing is just a smokescreen. Ashland is plotting to marry Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). And steal the family company out from right under her family’s nose.
Y&R Spoilers: All Better
A more optimistic 19% do think that Ashland will marry Victoria. But you also expect Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) to help him beat his cancer. (Is he an oncologist? We don’t think Nate is an oncologist. All he’s done so far is to agree with Ashland that, yeah, chemotherapy sucks.) So the newlyweds will live happily ever after.

Meanwhile, a trusty 7% of the audience expects Ashland to marry Victoria…as promised. And to die…as promised. No one would lie about something so serious, would they? Have they met Ashland’s mother-in-law to be, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott)? She faked a terminal illness to keep Victor from Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson).
Y&R Spoilers: The Other Woman
Less than 2% of voters are also anticipating a wedding, but with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) being the one to make Ashland all better. (Is she an oncologist? We don’t think Elena is an oncologist. All she’s done so far is take a job offering medical advice over the Internet. We suspect Ashland is a bit past that stage.)
