The Young and the Restless recaps for February 13 – 17, 2023, featured familial infighting, estranged partners both domestic and otherwise, and so much more.
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is chagrined to learn that Victor (Eric Braeden) intends to install Adam (Mark Grossman) as head of McCall Unlimited — once Newman Enterprises acquires the competing company, of course…Audra (Zuleyka Silver) leveled with Tucker (Trevor St. John) — Newman Enterprises plans to buy his debts. Nate (Sean Dominic) worries that Audra may have tipped her hand, but she preaches patience.
Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) efforts to make inroads with Summer (Allison Lanier) were all for naught…Ashley (Eileen Davidson) refused to either bless or support Jack’s (Peter Bergman) reunion with Diane (Susan Walters). Jack inquires what it will take for Ashley to sell him her share of the Abbott abode; she proffers that she’ll sell when Hell freezes over…Jack officially welcomes Diane to the family manse.
Sally (Courtney Hope) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) confide the news of her pregnancy to, respectively, Sharon (Sharon Case) and Victoria…Daniel (Michael Graziadei) and Lily (Christel Khalil) reminisce on times gone by; Victor and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) do likewise…Daniel is surprised to find Heather (Vail Bloom) awaiting his return to his hotel suite.
Ashley visits Tucker. He tells her about his mounting debt and professes his unceasing love for her…Phyllis (Michell Stafford) and Summer disagree over her parenting style…Summer learns that Diane is moving into the Abbott house…Heather and Daniel catch up. She compliments his obvious personal growth but cops to having met and fallen in love with someone else…Phyllis is floored to see Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) out and about.
Jeremy suggests to Phyllis that they join forces to bring Diane to heel…Tucker offers to sell McCall Unlimited to Newman Enterprises…Daniel and his daughter Lucy achieve rapprochement…Elena (Brytni Sarpy) balked when Nate wouldn’t commit to taking a vacation.
Summer refuses to accept Kyle’s mea culpas…Jeremy warns Jack and Diane that he intends to remain in Genoa City for the foreseeable future…Victor refuses Jeremy’s offer of an alliance…Adam agrees to return to the Newman fold on the proviso that Victor gives him Victoria’s job.
