Victor (Eric Braeden) puts Adam (Mark Grossman) on blast…. Sharon (Sharon Case) gives serious consideration to reneging on merging her company with the ones under the Newman umbrella…. Devon (Bryton James) endeavors to answer Mariah’s (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa’s (Cait Fairbanks) questions about hearing loss.
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) insinuates to Esther (Kate Linder) that her days at Crimson Lights might be numbered. Sharon assures her of the opposite… Sally (Courtney Hope) agrees to let Nicholas (Joshua Morrow) fund her decor business.
Ashley (Eileen Davidson) finds herself reassessing after Diane (Susan Walters) saves her from choking…. Tucker (Trevor St. John) delights in causing strife between Jack (Peter Bergman) and Billy (Jason Thompson)…. A specialist relays to Mariah and Tessa that Aria has hearing loss connected to the auditory nerve deep in the ear…. Devon and Abby (Melissa Ordway) vow to help Mariah and Tessa however they can.
Sharon eases Mariah and Tessa’s fears…. Adam tries to get to the bottom of what Victor has planned. Sharon and Nicholas prove to be of no assistance…. Victor assures Audra (Zuleyka Silver) that he has plans for her. Audra shares this news with Nate (Sean Dominic).
Adam declares war after Victor cuts him loose…. Victor installs Nikki as CEO of Newman Media…. Sharon declares that she’ll fight Victor in court for Kirsten Incorporated.
Jack asks Ashley to call a truce and return to Jabot. Ashley agrees to the former but hedges when it comes to the latter. Later, Ashley informs Tucker that she wants to recoup in Paris…. Summer (Allison Lanier) reveals Audra and Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) affair to Nikki. Nikki orders Audra to drop Kyle or face termination from her new position as COO of Newman Media…. Billy and Adam briefly reached an understanding before resuming their sparring.
