Eric Braeden Reveals He’s ‘Going Crazy’

Fans of the actor know he’s active and likes to stay in shape by working out and boxing. His love of boxing is something Braeden shares with his on-screen alter ego, Victor. He recently took to Twitter to show how he’s incorporated his fitness routine into his early knee replacement surgery recovery.

Eric Braeden shared a video of himself sitting on a bed wearing a black T-shirt and black athletic pants. He captioned it, “Going crazy after 5 days of doing nothing. Recovering from a knee replacement. 💪🏼” The actor sat there and did some air boxing with his arms despite not being able to be up and about.

“I can’t run after anyone because my knee was replaced, but if they come close…” he said, showing off some boxing moves and rolling his shoulders. Braeden noted that “it feels so good to exercise. Five days without working out. I hate it.” He ended the clip, which you can see below, by blowing a kiss and flexing his bicep with a raised fist.
