If you watch The Young and the Restless, it’s no secret that Courtney Hope is a talented daytime actress, and her on-screen alter ego has a flair for fashion design (and business now). However, the beautiful star recently showcased another side of her artistry.
Courtney Hope Uses Movement As Expression
The actress took to Instagram and shared a short video of herself doing a freestyle dance to a London Grammar song named Strong. “🌈 Free-styling feelings and stories through movement was the first love I ever knew. Feels good to be home✨. Also, I freaking love this song,” Hope captioned the clip.
Her friends and fans seemed to enjoy the video with many chiming in with how much they appreciated it and enjoyed watching her dance and the song. Hope often shares clips of herself doing exercises, and she’s a certified personal trainer and an instructor for cardio barre, Pilates, and Piloxing. A few people who left comments wondered if that background played into her dancing skills.
Sally Spectra In Genoa City
While Sally isn’t quite dancing these days like her portrayer, she’s clearly falling in love with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), and that makes her eyes dance. Genoa City’s newest power couple seems poised to take on Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) as they enact a new plan to push Victoria back into the arms of her lying liar of a husband, Ashland Locke (Robert Newman). We look forward to seeing how that plays out.
You can check out Courtney Hope in the video she posted below. Do you ever express yourself through movement? If not, what ways do you use to tell your stories? Let us know in the comments below.
