Y&R Alum Noemi Gonzalez Stars In Fun New Film Available Worldwide

It’s been a while since Mia Rosales divorced Rey Rosales and left Genoa City pregnant with this brother Arturo Rosales’s child. However, actress Noemi Gonzalez has been busy since her on-screen alter ego’s departure to Miami, and the fruits of her labor can soon be enjoyed by everyone.

Noemi Gonzalez Stars In A Brand New Film

The actress took to Instagram to share the details of her upcoming film, The Valet. Her post contained a short teaser video with the name of the movie and its debut — May 20. She gave more details about the project in her caption.

“Also this: Get ready to switch gears. @ederbez [Eugenio Derbez] @samweaving [Samara Weaving] @iammaxgreenfield [Max Greenfield] @carmensalinas_56 [Carmen Salinas] and yours truly star in the #TheValet streaming May 20 on Hulu, Star+ in Mexico, and Latin America, and Disney+ internationally,” read the caption.

The premise of the upcoming romantic comedy is that a movie star needs a Beverly Hills valet’s help. The reason? She wants the service worker to help her cover up her relationship with a married man. Richard Wong directs, and Bob Fisher, Rob Greenberg, and Francis Veber wrote the screenplay. In the movie, Noemi Gonzalez plays the role of Clara.

Y&R’s Rosales Family

Unfortunately, news recently broke that the final member of the Rosales family — Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) — will soon leave Genoa City. The soap veteran discussed his departure from Y&R on his new podcast with his wife Caitlin called Making It Work. With his departure, the hope that Noemi Gonzalez, Jason Canela (Arturo), Sasha Calle (Lola), or Eva LaRue (Celeste) could return to the canvas has faded. Who knows, though? Depending on how Rey leaves Genoa City, it’s possible that Mia and Arturo or others could return briefly.
