Chance Chancellor is making his romantic rounds on The Young and the Restless dating both Sharon and Summer. While those engagements are keeping him busy, his portrayer, Conner Floyd has some celebrating to do today!
That’s because he was born on October 20, 1993, in Austin, TX, which means this talented thespian is 30 years old today. After growing up in Texas with his parents and a younger sister, Floyd attended the University of Tulsa, where he played four years of college football as number 80 with the Golden Hurricane from 2012 to 2015. After graduation, the actor moved to Los Angeles to pursue his career.
Conner Floyd started out acting in 2016 with credits in several short films and roles on television series like Therebnb. In 2018, he had a role in the TV miniseries, My Girlfriend Is Black, and then over the next several years, he appeared in several movies like A Kiss on Candy Cane Lane (Lucas), Witnesses (Luke), Nowhere Alaska (Scott), and If Walls Could Talk (Jake Winters).
In 2021, the actor joined Daytime when he secured the role of Chance Chancellor on Y&R, where fans enjoy his take on Jill Foster Abbott’s (Jess Walton) grandson. On the soap, he’s tackled portraying Chance’s Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and difficulty bonding with his son and adjusting to life as Abby Chancellor’s (Melissa Ordway) husband again, and now, living life as one of the most eligible bachelors in town.
Soap Hub would like to wish Conner Floyd a very happy birthday.
