It’s been a while since Malcolm – Shemar Moore– paid a visit to The Young and the Restless and Genoa City.
With Christmas around the corner, perhaps it’s time the character resurfaced. The Winters family would no doubt welcome Malcolm with open arms. With all the Hilary and Devon strife over GC Buzz, it might be just what the clan needs to refocus and get into the holiday spirit. Soap Hub posed the question of a possible return for fan favorite Shemar Moore.
“Moore” Malcolm
A whopping 81% of you want Moore back in the fold as Malcolm. You love the chemistry he shares with Kristoff St. John and the brotherly rivalry between Malcolm and Neil. A Christmas visit would be a great way to get him back in the mix. Once he’s home, there are a wealth of stories that could be told.
Just Visiting
Some 12% of you wouldn’t mind seeing Malcolm pop in to say, Happy Holidays. However, that’s about it. You feel Moore’s impact on the show isn’t what it used to be. He hasn’t been a prominent player on Y&R in years. And you’re just fine with things staying that way.
Take It or Leave It
The remaining 7% of you are up in the air about a Moore appearance or return as Malcolm. Basically, you could take it or leave it. If he came back, great. It could mean some new different story for the Winters clan. However, you think their plots are already pretty good without him.
