Why Liam and Steffy Must Reconcile On The Bold and the Beautiful

Their baby daughter is about to be born, and with her arrival, The Bold and the Beautiful’s Liam and Steffy must reconcile.

The poor couple spent Steffy’s (Jacqueline McInnes Wood) entire pregnancy separated, a time when expectant parents should be happily together.

But, thanks to Liam’s (Scott Clifton) manipulative father Bill (Don Diamont), who thwarted their reconciliation at every turn, they’ve remained apart. A new baby, however, should dramatically change things and direct the twosome back to living their happily ever after.

Torment Over
First and foremost, Liam and Steffy deserve some happiness. There was little, if any, joy for the pair throughout Steffy’s pregnancy. The last several months of their lives were riddled in turmoil and controversy.

Bill worked overtime to destroy them and used Wyatt (Darin Brooks) to facilitate his plans, while Hope (Anika Noelle) swooped in on the heartbroken Liam.

The most tormented couple on soaps has turned a major corner. They’ve found out they were played and just in time to welcome their daughter, happily together. They deserve it, after everything they’ve endured.

Bill Balked
Evil Bill needs to receive Steffy’s message loud and clear: She’s done with him. Her one night of misguided sex with him was the biggest mistake of her life, and she’ll forever regret it. But she’s moved past it and so has Liam.

Having Steffy and Liam fully reconcile, and recommit to each other and their baby daughter, Kelly, is a statement they need to make.

It will show the doubters who rooted against them that they were wrong. Their love is powerful and can overcome anyone and anything. They survived the biggest hurdle of their relationship and are stronger than ever.

Hope Lost
Does anyone really feel sorry for Hope? She was all over Liam  when he abruptly called it quits with Steffy, after being fed misinformation about his wife and his father.

Instead of giving Liam time and space to heal, Hope jumped into bed with him. Then, when a clearly confused Liam proposed to her, she accepted.

How did Hope not know she was the rebound girl? How did she not feel guilty about planning her wedding, while Steffy was pregnant with Liam’s child?

She should have on both accounts. Just as she should have known that Liam’s daughter would eventually change everything and send him back to Steffy’s waiting arms.
