Billy (Jason Thompson) stresses about how much Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) Bare All campaign to sell Jabot sunscreen will cost the company in sales – and FCC fines. Until he sees the miraculously quick sales numbers and learns it’s a hit.
Then Billy takes credit for Jabot’s out of the box thinking and revels in what a great CEO he is.
He and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) celebrate by having sex in the living room – until Summer (Hunter King) shows up.

Location, Location, Location
Jack (Peter Bergman), Neil (Kristoff St. John), and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) all decide they want to buy Nick and Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) penthouse from Anita (Catherine Bach).
While Jack takes the realtor out to dinner, Neil, in order to keep Hilary from living across the hall from his son, simply makes a bid too high for his ex-wife to beat. Devon (Bryton James) responds by inviting Hilary to move in with him. Because Devon is really clueless.
