While The Bold and the Beautiful boasts a consistent cast, there have been many changes to it during the course of the show’s history. Characters come and characters go. Coming back is always an option too, but who to bring back and when?

“Hello, Stephanie!”

Over 54% of you say that you miss family matriarch Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) the most. Of course, you do! The actress won three Daytime Emmys for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her role on the show. Stephanie — and her rivalry with Brooke — drove the action on the show for decades. Moms are the glue to families. Steph and Brooke made peace before the former’s death but she is greatly missed.

The Bold and the Beautiful’s Grand Divas

Sally Spectra came in second place with nearly 20% of your vote. It’s fair to say that both Sallys — Darlene Conley and Courtney Hope (currently on The Young and the Restless) are both missed by B&B fans. Conley passed away in 2006 but her character is living the high life off-camera. Sally’s namesake is toiling away in Genoa City however, there’s always a chance that she could return to Los Angeles to revisit her past.

This Time Around

Nearly 13% of you voted for Thorne Forrester and/or Macy Alexander (Bobbie Eakes) as characters you miss the most. Thorne’s been living aboard, working at Forrester International. Perhaps he’s really over in a clinic in Switzerland keeping vigil over his comatose ex-Macy. Sure, we were told that Macy died after getting clobbered by a chandelier but her passing away happened off-camera. There’s always the chance that Thorne and Macy could come back.

The rest of you, about 13%, say you miss other characters. There are so many alumni that fit this category. Everyone from ‘Angela Forrester’ (Judith Borne) to Adam Alexander (Michael Swan) to Amber Moore (Adrienne Frantz) falls in this category. There’s always the chance that one or more of these players may return someday!
