The Bold and the Beautiful recaps for November 29 – December 3, 2021, feature a family continuing to fracture, a woman torn between her devotion to her husband, and her duty as a mother, and the issue of an ultimatum.
Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) invites Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) to spend the morning with her at the cabin…Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) romantic interlude was marred by talk about Deacon.
Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) both agree that Deacon has no place in their extended family. Hope overhears the exchange and makes it clear that she’s not pleased with Steffy’s interference.
Ridge catches Deacon loitering inside the cabin and attempts to remove him bodily. Brooke interrupts the men’s confrontation, and Ridge demands that order Deacon off the property, and out of her and Hope’s lives.
Hope makes it clear to Liam and Steffy that she will be the one deciding whether or not Deacon will have a place in her life. When Liam attempts to argue the issue further, a distraught Hope takes her leave…Brooke refuses to evict Deacon, much to Ridge’s chagrin. Later, Ridge ponders the possibility that Brooke is falling for Deacon’s lies – and the man himself…Hope was heartened to learn that Brooke stood her ground where Deacon was concerned.
Ridge asks Brooke if she still has feelings for Deacon…Hope begs Liam to stand by her decision to have Deacon in her life…Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) are forced to forgo a previously scheduled lunch date; he asks Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) to accompany him instead.
Carter shares an epiphany with Paris – he always pursues unavailable women…Brooke denies having any residual feelings for Deacon, then flashes back to an emotionally charged moment between her and her ex.
When Ridge exits, Deacon puts in an appearance. He thanks Brooke for championing him, even it’s only for Hope’s sake; he then asks Brooke if she’s been able to forget the passion that they once shared.
Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) grows envious of the headway that Deacon is making with Hope. Having tried and failed to recruit Deacon to her cause, Sheila sets off for her son’s office.
Though grateful to Sheila for her pushing his father to be honest with him about his parentage, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) reiterates his position – he can not have a relationship with Sheila, due to Steffy’s ill feelings towards her.
Brooke refused to indulge Deacon’s attempt to steer their conversation in an amours direction. Instead, she encouraged him to do right by their daughter and assured him that he’d always be welcome…Ridge visited Hope, and warned that if she persisted in wanting to bond with Deacon, she’d have to do it elsewhere; Deacon eavesdropped on the exchange.
