The Bold and the Beautiful Recaps: Monday, September 6
Eric Forrester (John McCook) continued to eavesdrop on Quinn Fulton Forrester (Rena Sofer) and Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards); after hearing Quinn reaffirm her commitment to him, intimacy be damned, Eric revealed himself – though he failed to mention exactly what he heard…In private, Quinn admitted to sharing Eric’s ED diagnosis with Shauna; he promises that he understands her reason.
Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) took great pride in listening to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) tell the first responders, and the staff at the emergency room, that she’s his mother…Finn places a call to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), in order to explain the situation; he admits to fearing for his mother’s well-being, as well as a desire not to lose her. Sheila, still feigning unconsciousness, gloated.
Bold and Beautiful Recaps: Tuesday, August 7
Steffy is aghast to hear Finn’s news; she reiterated the story of Sheila’s visit to the cliff house, and subsequent collapse, to an equally dubious Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang).
Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz) and Paris Buckingham’s (Diamond White) flirtatious interaction was marred when talk turned to Finn and Steffy’s estrangement. Zende queried whether or not Paris had a crush on Finn; she denied doing so but proceeded to wax lyrically about his character.
Finn takes an opportunity to apologize to Sheila for his harsh treatment of her; Sheila suddenly “wakes up” and the two bond…Steffy arrived at the hospital and demanded an audience with Sheila – whom she declares is faking her condition.
B&B Recaps: Wednesday, September 8
Ridge and Brooke filled Zende and Paris in on the unfolding drama at the hospital; Paris took her leave – and made her way to the hospital; Finn is heartened by her concern for him.

With Steffy refusing to leave her bedside until they’ve talked, Sheila “comes to” and continues her ruse of being ill; Steffy refused to take her at face value, and instead insisted that she’s faking…Sheila takes great joy in directing Steffy’s attention to the text chain she and Finn shared.
B&B: Thursday, September 9
Sheila purposefully goaded Steffy into increasing the intensity of their confrontation, then manipulated her hospital machine so that it would sound an alarm; Finn comes rushing in.
Steffy was incredulous over the heart emoji that Finn texted Sheila…Steffy demands that Finn cease any and all contact with Sheila; Sheila, in turn, made her own heartfelt plea for Finn to do the exact opposite.
Ridge informed Eric and Quinn about Sheila’s latest ploy…Quinn and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) crossed paths at the design office; Eric overhears Quinn admit that she misses what she and Carter had, but that she’s committed to making her marriage work.
The Bold and Beautiful Recaps: Friday, September 10
Much to Sheila’s chagrin, Finn chooses to side with Steffy and cut her out of his life for good. Following her discharge from the hospital, Sheila privately swears that she’ll become a permanent fixture in Finn and Hayes’s life.
Ridge confided in Carter that he’s having a hard time accepting Eric’s decision to forgive Quinn her affair and to continue with their marriage…Eric and Quinn share a romantic meal and a dance…Eric summoned Carter to the manse, copped to being unable to sexually satisfy his wife, and surprised both Carter and Quinn by insisting that his problems should not affect Quinn moving forward.
